Yeah! One of my most favorite animals! A golden orb weaver. They are so pretty, and they spin yellow silk, just amazing!

We refer to this picture as the standoff, we watched this standoff for a long time to see if there was a winner... But in the end the gator just went off into the water. We did see an alligator attack a huge dragon fly, but that was about all the
excitement we saw.

I love the standoff. I'm glad the alligator backed down before the turtle.
