It's a pun, if you don't get it you need to sew more :)I decided to darn this quilt I am working on. I thought it would be interesting to do the darning (stippling) in a different color so it stands out and makes the back side of the quilt interesting. Well since I am doing the whole quilt I have gone through the thread I was using. I went to the store to get more brown thread, bought 3 different kinds and still ended up with the wrong color... Darn it. So back to walmart for me, this time I'm taking a sample of thread. Look at the wonderful variety of brown. In case you're wondering I am only 35-40% done with the darning, looks like I should buy two spools when I get the right color.
